Interfaith Discussion/Reflection Group

Students from various faith traditions, those who are of no particular tradition, and students who are questioning their faith beliefs are invited to attend these gatherings.

At these meetings, we usually have a pre-selected reading from a faith tradition and invite participants to discuss the reading from their own tradition or experience. During these discussions we often find similarities among the traditions either in content or intent.  We also learn about the different ways the various traditions celebrate concepts of faith and beliefs. We have learned that these discussions allow us to understand more about our own faith as we explain our beliefs to others and  to think more deeply about our faith commitment.  All participants are treated with respect; no one is seeking to convert others, rather each one is allowed to pursue their personal faith journey at their own pace.
