LUCAP Candlelight Vigil will Honor Youth Killed in New Orleans

For many kids in the Treme area, St. Anna Episcopal Church is a safe haven, especially in a neighborhood where a lot of youth violence occurs. Loyola University Community Action Program (LUCAP) will hold a candlelight vigil at St. Anna's to raise awareness about stree violence against youth in New Orleans. 

Father William Terry will lead the vigil at St. Anna's Thursday, Nov. 20 at 6:00 p.m. It is a chance to for all to join in solidarity and stand up against violence against our youth in all communities.

St. Anna's Episcopal Church is located at 1313 Esplanade Ave., New Orleans, La. Transportation to St. Anna's will leave the Carrollton Turnaround (next to Carrollton Hall) at 5:30 p.m. Please RSVP to this event by contacting Liza Drennon at
