Archbishop Gregory Aymond and leaders of many other spiritual groups will lead prayer at the Interfiath Voices for Peace Service Wednesday, Nov. 19 at 6:15 p.m. in the Holy Name of Jesus Church on St. Charles Avenue. The event will be hosted by the Interfaith Voices for PEACE committee.

The service comes as part of the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Salvordorian martyrs. It is a chance to join people of all faiths to join in prayers for peace in our hearts, on our streets and peace in the world. Members from the Miracle Drummers of the Pointe au Chien Indian tribe will play to add to the worship.

The Interfaith Voices for PEACE committee was formed by Fr. Buddy Noel, of the Archdiocese of New Orleans and his cousin, Natalie Noel.
