Events
The Jesuit Center regularly hosts activities in spirituality that range from semniars, speakers and day-long retreats to offering Ignatius Loyola’s Spiritual Exercises. The Center offers activities in the faith that does justice through service. This includes days of service as well as immersion trips to Jamaica, Belize for students, faculty, staff & alumni.
The Center also provided orientation and on-going formation and development on the Jesuit heritage and mission & identity of the university for faculty/ staff and students. It sponsors lectures, seminars and forums on issues relating to Loyola’s Jesuit mission and identity.
Feature Annual Events
- Every Wednesday evening at 7:00pm during Lent a speaker or musical group helps the Loyola community reflect on the goodness of God
- Fr. Joe Telow, S.J.: Will be speaking on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 7:00pm
- a university-wide celebration of Loyola’s Jesuit heritage and character held each fall.
