Ignatian Staff Fellows Program

Seeking to make the university's mission a reality by fostering a staff that brings the values of Ignatius to life every day.

The Program:

The Ignatian Staff Fellows Program offers staff the opportunity to participate in a year-long workshop on Jesuit education and Ignatian values. Participants in the program will conclude their experience with a deeper understanding of the history and educational mission of the Society of Jesus and of the intellectual, spiritual, and social dimensions of Ignatian spirituality.  This experience will consist of reading, written reflections, group discussions, workshops, retreats, and an immersion trip.

At the conclusion of the program, each Fellow will serve as a mentor for one of the next cohort of selected Fellows.

The program will be open to eight Fellows annually. Any Loyola staff member is eligible to apply.

The application includes the following

  • A statement of interest
  • A resume
  • A letter of support from the applicant's supervisor
